On perfection

We don’t have to be perfect.  Let’s just be Better. Today let’s remember to take 9 deep breaths.

In fact, let’s remember to do that every day:

3 in the morning3 at lunch3 around bed time.

(If we can remember our pharmaceuticals, we can ALSO remember to Breathe.)
