Since we have Homeboy in our Crewe, there’s a lot of dogwalking involved in the Day-to-Day.


Prayers are chanted, breaths are breathed, to the rhythm of feet hitting pavement and vaccination tags clink-clinking together.  Like high hats.

On perfection

We don’t have to be perfect.  Let’s just be Better. Today let’s remember to take 9 deep breaths.

3 in the morning3 at lunch3 around bed time.
